Growthora is a loan aggregation and referral platform. We help you discover and compare loan products offered by third-party lending partners. We are not a lender and we do not provide credit ourselves. All loans are offered, assessed, approved and disbursed solely by the lending partners on their own terms.
2. No guarantee of approval
Submitting a request through Growthora does not guarantee that any loan will be approved or offered. Eligibility, interest rates, fees, loan amounts and tenures are determined by the lending partner at its sole discretion, following its own credit assessment and verification.
3. Indicative information
Interest rates, amounts, tenures and other figures shown on this website are indicative, may change without notice, and are intended for general information only. The actual terms applicable to you will be provided by the lending partner. Our credit score checker provides an indicative estimate only and is not your official credit bureau score.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and current information.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and your own genuine borrowing needs.
- Read and understand the lending partner's loan agreement, fees and charges before accepting any offer.
- Borrow responsibly and only what you can afford to repay.
5. Fees
Growthora does not charge borrowers a fee for using its aggregation and referral service unless expressly stated and agreed in advance. Lending partners may charge processing fees, interest and other charges, which will be disclosed by the partner.
6. Relationship with lending partners
Once you choose to proceed with a lending partner, your loan relationship is directly between you and that partner. Growthora is not a party to that loan agreement and is not responsible for the partner's acts, omissions, decisions or service.
7. Intellectual property
The Growthora name, logo, content and design are the property of Growthora and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growthora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or services, from any loan offered by a lending partner, or from reliance on indicative information provided here. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
9. Third-party links
Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
